Concept
My work spans lesson-based screen design, interactive learning visuals, and supporting print materials, with a focus on clarity, usability, and engagement for K–8 students and educators. Projects often require translating complex instructional goals into intuitive visual experiences that support both independent student exploration and guided teaching. Designing for classroom environments requires balancing visual engagement with instructional clarity. Each lesson screen or printable resource must support learning objectives while remaining intuitive for a wide range of ages, abilities, and classroom contexts. My approach emphasizes clear visual hierarchy, thoughtful pacing, and interaction cues that help students focus on content while giving teachers flexible tools for instruction. Working within an established curriculum system also means maintaining consistency across large bodies of content. Visual decisions are made not only for individual screens or activities, but for how they function as part of a broader learning experience that unfolds over time. The goal is to create materials that feel supportive, engaging, and easy to navigate for both students and educators.
